  5.     PayOff is a Windows program that calculated the payoff amount on a loan. 
  6. There are four edit windows for you to enter information about your loan. 
  7. The first is the monthly payment amount. Then the interest rate, the number 
  8. of payments made and the total number of payments on the loan. Upon hitting 
  9. the Ok button or pressing return the program calculates the payoff amount 
  10. for the loan and places it in the Payoff Amount box. For more information run
  11. PayOff and look at the PayOff's Help.

  16.     PayOff is shareware. You are allowed to try it out, copy as well as 
  17. distribute PayOff as long as:

  19.     No fee is charged for use or copies.

  21.     It is not modified in any way.
